Creator Profile Data: Social media handles (@usernames), content niche, brand voice preferences, target audience, and video links.
Payment & Billing Data: Payment metadata, subscription tier, and transaction history processed by Dodo Payments. We do not store full credit card or bank details on our servers.
Technical & Usage Data: IP address, device type, browser information, session duration, and approximate geographic location for security and geo-pricing detection.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to power and improve the Muse platform:

To generate personalized AI scripts, hooks, and content blueprints tailored to your account.
To process billing, maintain credit balances, and process subscription renewals via Dodo Payments.

4. AI Data Usage & Model Training

Muse utilizes artificial intelligence language models (including Google Gemini API & OpenAI) to generate scripts and analyze viral hooks. Your personal creator data and generated scripts are never sold to third-party data brokers or used to train public foundational models without explicit user consent.

5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We share data only with trusted infrastructure partners necessary to operate the platform:

Clerk: User authentication and session management.
Supabase: Encrypted PostgreSQL database hosting.
Dodo Payments: Payment processing and subscription ledger management.
Vercel: Global web hosting and edge CDN infrastructure.

6. Regional Privacy Compliance (GDPR, CCPA & DPDP Act India)
