By accessing or using Muse (“justmuse.app”, “app.justmuse.app”, or the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Muse is an artificial intelligence-powered content strategy and script generation platform for creators, video producers, and brands. The Service includes viral reel script cloning, AI creator coaching, profile audits, and performance tracking tools.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@justmuse.app of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

Muse offers monthly subscription plans (Starter Plan and Pro Plan) and credit top-ups processed securely via our payment provider Dodo Payments.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled via your profile settings or billing portal.
Credits are deducted upon generating scripts or conducting AI scans as outlined in the app interface.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unused credits remain accessible until the end of your billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property & Output Rights

You retain full ownership of all original content, scripts, and media generated using your account. Muse claims no copyright or proprietary rights over content created by users through our AI tools.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to scrape user data without authorization, or to attempt to reverse engineer our proprietary AI prompts and algorithms.
